The tiny island nation of North Korea, ruled by its insane dictator, Kim Jong-un, has been embroiled in tension with the United States and the rest of the world since the summer, stemming from tests of ballistic missiles and threats.
Despite the Trump administration’s best efforts to peacefully, but firmly, negotiate terms of agreement between America and North Korea, the rogue nation’s unhinged dictator has continued testing missiles and threatening to destroy the U.S. and its allies.
During an interview with Fox News’ Martha MacCallum, Vice President Pence reiterated the firm stance taken by the U.S. under President Trump’s strong leadership, and made it clear that until North Korea ceases their bad behavior, they can continue to expect sanctions and pressure.
“We will continue to bring maximum economic and diplomatic pressure to bear until North Korea abandons its nuclear and ballistic missile programs that threaten the United States of America,” said Pence.
