This week, President Trump made some very important steps towards protecting the religious freedoms of all American people.
Although our country was founded on the very principles of freedom of religion, sadly, the left has spent decades attacking the rights of American Christians, who have been singled out and persecuted for their faith.
Progressive leftists generally don’t hide their disdain for Christianity, which they mock relentlessly, and seem to revel in attacking Christians at every given opportunity, and the country has taken notice.
Thankfully, although former President Barack Obama may have been perfectly fine with allowing his leftist sycophants to trample the religious rights of American Christians, President Trump is doing just the opposite.

After proclaiming January 16th, 2018, as “Religious Freedom Day,” President Trump and his administration continued to discuss religious freedom throughout the week, using social media to engage with the country.

President Trump’s powerful statement earlier in the week, in which he declared that “No American—whether a nun, nurse, baker, or business owner—should be forced to choose between the tenets of faith or adherence to the law,” has Christians feeling hopeful.
