Student Who Recorded Dem Councilman’s Anti-Military Rant Was Just Granted a HUGE Reward!

Victor Quinonez was the student at El Rancho High School in California who recorded teacher and Democrat city councilman Gregory Salcido’s anti-military rant, where he called our troops “dumbshits” and “the lowest of our low.”

Now, this brave student is going to the White House and Pentagon, by General John Kelly’s invitation!

Quinonez wore a Marines sweatshirt to school, which prompted Salcidoto call service members “the lowest of our low” and “dumb s**ts” in addition to likening military recruiters to pimps.

Quinonez’s father served in the Marine Corps, and he hopes to follow in his footsteps. His recording caused others to come forward about their experiences with Salcido, and it gained the attention of White House chief of staff John Kelly.

The student’s mom, Karen Rodriguez, recently announced on a fundraising website that Kelly invited Quinonez and his family to visit the White House and the Pentagon.

fundraiser, which was set up by his mom, Karen Rodriguez, said that Kelly invited Quinonez and his family to visit the White House and the Pentagon.

“Victor and his family have also received death threats from Mr. Salcido’s supporters,” the post on the fundraising site said. “The fallout from Victor’s disclosures affirms his conviction that speaking up was the right thing to do.”

Rodriguez explained that donations would help finance the California family’s trip to Washington, D.C., which would be an “incredible life experience” for her son.

“Victor and our entire family thank you from the bottom of our hearts,” she wrote. “Your support has been overwhelming and simply amazing!! God Bless America!”

The initial fundraising goal was $5,000, but in only 10 days, the family raised more than $10,000 — and donations continue to come in.

In response to the teacher’s comments, Kelly told Fox News Radio that he thinks Salcido “ought to go to hell” and hopes he “enjoys the liberties and the lifestyle that we have fought for.”
