It’s clear now, that LaVar Ball, the father of a UCLA basketball player who was jailed in China for shoplifting and later released thanks to President Trump, used his son and the President for a PR stunt to promote his line of sneakers.
It started when Ball refused to thank President Trump for saving his son from a 20-year prison sentence, and instead attacked him.
Now, LaVar Ball is back, and says President Trump owes him a “thank you,” because he sent him three pairs of sneakers.
