Gorka SKEWERS Lame Duck Jeff Flake for Comparing Trump to Stalin

Former White House Aide Sebastian Gorka was not impressed with lame duck Senator Jeff Flake’s comparison of President Trump to Stalin.

Ironically, despite the fact the majority of Americans do NOT trust the mainstream media, Flake’s biggest gripe with Trump was that he correctly called the Fake News media the “enemy of the American people.”

Gorka, whose parents fled to the U.K. from Hungary, blasted Flake for the notion that exposing the lying mainstream media including CNN for who they are on Twitter could somehow be comparable to a murderous regime.

Former White House aide Sebastian Gorka blasted Sen. Jeff Flake for invoking Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin in recent criticism of President Trump.

Flake (R-Ariz.) said in an MSNBC interview that Trump’s criticism of the media reminds him of tactics used by Stalin and China’s Communist dictator Mao Zedong. He particularly took issue with Trump for once calling the media “the enemy of the American people.”

“He borrowed that phrase, it was popularized by Joseph Stalin, used by Mao as well,” said Flake, who is expected to deliver a speech on the Senate floor Wednesday making a similar argument.

“When a figure in power reflexively calls any press that doesn’t suit him ‘fake news,’ it is that person who should be the figure of suspicion, not the press,” read a transcript of the planned speech.

Gorka, whose parents fled to the United Kingdom from Hungary, told Lou Dobbs that Flake “should be ashamed of himself” for even bringing up a murderous regime like Stalin’s to go after President Trump.

“My parents lived under a Stalinist regime. My father was arrested and tortured and put in prison by a Stalinist regime. This man has no moral compass left anymore,” said Gorka.

He said Flake’s comments are an insult to anyone who died or suffered under actual “Stalinist” regimes.

“He has become a parody of a politician.”

Flake, who is not running for re-election this year, denounced Trump on the Senate floor in October, calling the president’s behavior “dangerous to our democracy.”
